Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unused, in their original packaging, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit back to our studio.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your parcel to the address specified in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
